The complex is located at a 2-hectare property adjacent to Smallville Business and Leisure Park and the Boardwalk Leisure Center at  Barangay San Rafael, Mandurriao, Iloilo City. The property is under a 35-year lease  agreement with Teodoro B. Pison, Josefina B. Pison-Ortiz, and Riverside Boardwalk Properties Inc.
