Injap Land Corporation of Iloilo’s Edgar “Injap” Sia II is ready for People’s Condominium turn over on November 11, 2011 (11-11-11). People’s Condominium is one of the company’s prime real estate projects in Iloilo and is the first vertical condominium property in the city.

People’s Condominium is a 71-unit, six-storey building located at KAPIDECO estate, San Rafael, Mandurriao. It is found right next to the Pison Rotunda, and has easy access to Ateneo De Iloilo, SM City, and Small Ville Complex. The KAPIDECO estate is a prime mixed use commercial and residential complex and is eyed as part of Iloilo City’s area of future growth. With all of these, tenants of the People’s Condominium will enjoy living in close proximity to Iloilo City’s zone of vibrant and sprawling development.
