Play and Relax: It’s More Fun in Oton’s Anhawan

Submitted by Mark Segador on February 14, 2012 – 11:18 am5 Comments

Oton Beach

No, this beautiful scene is not in Boracay or Puerto Galera. This is in Oton, Iloilo – home to one of the province’s premiere rest and relaxation tourist destination, the Anhawan Beach Resort and Spa. This resort is more than it seems as it offers a variety of services and venues of enjoyment which will truly complete your Iloilo experience. Read on and let’s explore what Anhawan can offer!

Pristine Waters and an Escape to Nature

oton coast

Oton, a coastal town south of Iloilo City, is a perfect location for a summer vacation. Kilometers of virgin beaches lie on its coasts waiting to be explored while it’s clean and blue sea tempts any visitor to enjoy and play on its waters. Indeed, these were taken advantage of by the Anhawan Resort to deliver a unique experience for everyone.

Beautiful huts and cottages line the coast while nets for volleyball and soccer are open for anyone who enjoys beach sports.

If you’re into water adventure, the resort offers rentals to jet skis and kayaks. You can also enjoy the view of the resort by availing their sailing and fun ride services. They had also have their annual watersports fun event.

Tired with swimming and wishing to explore the beach, try their horseback ride and see Anhawan as if you’re a haciendero looking over the villa.

If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of urban lifestyle, take a rest and experience their spa services. They offer several massage techniques such as shiatsu and meditative Thai. Truly you’ll come back for more if you had one!

But if don’t have enough of the Anhawan experience, you may opt to stay at their Adhara Rejuvenation Sanctuary – a hotel and spa facility within the resort. Learn more about Adhara here in our Hotel and Resorts Guide.

Adhara

Located at the side of Adhara is a two-floor building called The Gallery & Horizon – a fitting name as it offers a breath-taking view of the beach. It is a perfect answer for your convention needs, a wedding venue or party area.

For those who feel that retiring near the beach is their ultimate dream, they may choose to inquire in acquiring a residence at Royal Pines Anhawan – Iloilo’s Premiere Resort Residence. Below are some of the villas located inside the compound:

I really like this one because of its beautiful view of the beach.

Certainly you must place Iloilo as your next travel destination this year and never miss this unique exciting tourism adventure.

My family and I have stayed here for 2 days. Our stay? It was “sulit”! Really! The price is just right. The facilities are perfect. I love their villas and the interior – minimalist but very elegant. We’ve tried as well their spa. The staff are very accommodating. Too bad, horse back riding that time was not yet available kay wala attendant.
